Karen & Rob at the Grassmarket Apex
Monday, August 29th, 2011I’m finally catching up with myself and managing to blog photos from recent weddings! The relocation is going well and the 2012 bookings down in Derbyshire are coming in nicely. I still have a lot of bookings from before the move and this is one such wedding.
Karen & Rob’s day was a real pleasure to photograph. It was a fantastic family occasion with much laughing and fun to be had. Even the fickle Edinburgh weather was playing nice for the day, for which I am always grateful!
Karen & Rob were married in Lothian Chambers and the reception was held at the Apex International on the Grassmarket.
Here are some of my favourites from the day:

Karen & Rob had a fantastic cake, I loved the attention to detail with the white rose for Yorkshire lad Rob and the Scottish purple heather for Karen

We had some fun doing the group shots as you can see here!

I forget the significance of the gnome, but regardless, there should definitely be more gnomes at weddings - they're a very under-represented group at the moment!
